Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at luxorio. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully, as it explains how returns and refunds are handled in line with our shipping process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Gift cards

2. Return Window

Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

3. Cancellations (Before Shipping)

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible
  • This aligns with our Shipping Policy.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, euplorea will cover the return shipping cost. Instructions will be provided by our support team.

Change of Mind / Customer Preference:
If the return is due to a change of mind or wrong selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@luxorio.shop
     within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. If approved, return instructions will be sent to you
  4. Securely package the item and ship it as instructed

 Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.

7. Shipping Time & Refund Relationship

Please note:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 3–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected
  • Shipping delays alone do not qualify for automatic refunds unless the order is confirmed lost by the carrier

8. Missing or Damaged Items

Missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Damaged items should be reported immediately with photos for assistance
