Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be changed.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • International: 7–15 business days

Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Luxorio offers worldwide shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. All orders include tracking. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.


📦 Delivery Issues

My order says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

Please check around your delivery location, with neighbors, household members, or building management. If still not found, contact your local courier or post office for assistance.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully delivered.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@luxorio.shop with your order number. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 30 days to the original payment method.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
